icanhaz haptic on-off switch? - zettasonline - 2025-01-20 hi, would you please consider adding a setting for turning on and off the vibration under the clickwheel okthx byeee RE: icanhaz haptic on-off switch? - jacqueline - 2025-01-20 We've got an issue filed already for adjusting the strength: https://codeberg.org/cool-tech-zone/tangara-fw/issues/120 We can have disabling haptics completely as a setting in the same place. RE: icanhaz haptic on-off switch? - summermusic - 2025-01-28 I also found the haptics to be a bit much, but after opening it up to switch around the scrollwheel cover, I noticed that it was significantly less jarring. I think that the screws were just a touch loose from the factory and that resulted in the case resonating, making it sound harsh and cheap. Try tightening the screws a bit (gently as to not break the case or strip the screws) and see if that helps in the meantime. RE: icanhaz haptic on-off switch? - zettasonline - 2025-01-30 ended up just desoldering the little haptic puck. all good! RE: icanhaz haptic on-off switch? - jacqueline - 2025-01-30 That's certainly an effective way of disabling haptics! |
