Foolish questions: does the Tangara power switch need to be in the on position while charging? How long does a full charge take?

The device needs to be on to charge at full speed, and it will keep itself on if it's plugged in. But plugging it in does not turn it on. Hopefully that makes sense? We will probably make future mainboard revisions power on when plugged in as well
A full charge from nothing should take about 2-2.5 hours, assuming a capable USB-C charger + fast charge enabled. 4-5 is fast charge is disabled.
