any suggestions?

I had plugged my SD card into my computer via reader to try other things, got sidetracked and ended up not touching it. Plugged it back into the Tangara the next day and it worked as normal. I had already tried ejecting the SD card and plugging it back in before this and it had made no difference, so I'm not sure what changed in between!
