Looks like it's a scrollbar appearing due to the text being wider because of the larger numbers. I've never made a playlist of over 10,000 tracks. Shouldn't be a difficult fix, as it does seem there's enough room for it all, we probably just need to reduce the padding a little.

A scroll bar makes sense! Thank you I can't imagine anyone would have more than five-digit track numbers... I hope...
