I think I'm seeing the same issues reported here, on Windows. I bought a SanDisk Extreme PRO 128gb SDXC card for my Tangara and USB mass storage barely works - I can just about copy a file off it to my PC, very very slowly, but deleting anything causes the file dialog to hang and the Tangara to perpetually show the "USB busy" screen. And trying to copy files *to* the Tangara causes it to immediately disconnect and reconnect, sometimes opening multiple explorer windows of the card at once.
I've also seen it hard crash and reboot sometimes when rebuilding the index. Copying files to the card using a card reader and then playing them on the device seems to work completely fine, so I'm fairly confident it's not a bad card.
Please let me know if there's any logs/testing I can provide.
My SD card also doesn't seem to fit well with the slot cover that was provided? Possibly the little slot in the top edge of the card that the cover clips on to is expected to be wider.
