Finally got enough of a workstation set up again to do it, so I ordered some displays and assembled the 7 boards I had left over this week! They're now available on Tindie. I'm also pleased to report that I did not lose a single screw while testing them.
No buttons available for this batch because my printer's been particularly fussy about printing TPU lately and I'm not convinced I can consistently get decent quality buttons out of it.
