Here’s an update on the troubleshooting efforts:
· I tried your suggested steps, but unfortunately they did not resolve the issue.
· I also disconnected the battery for over an hour then reconnected, but the device still did not respond.
At this point, the device is unresponsive and none of the standard troubleshooting steps have worked. Is there a way to escalate this or obtain further assistance—perhaps a replacement unit or advanced support?
