Unfortunately, one more time removing and reinserting the card into the holder has broken the SD card, with two cracks down the full length of the back of it. Almost exactly the same pattern as in the image at the top of the thread.

I'd love to hear if someone has a solution for this - maybe filing down the inner teeth of the holder so it's not quite so tight? I'm wary of doing it because I can't replace the holder if it goes wrong...
