In terms of production files, I uploaded our last batch's production gerbers etc here: https://forum.cooltech.zone/attachment.php?aid=100. I believe one or two small parts may have gone out of production since our last batch, but hopefully nothing too major. (I generated them using PCBWay's KiCad plugin (hw files are  and then manually tweaked some parts of the BOM iirc)

Otherwise, all the board specs are pretty normal. The faceplate and mainboard are 1.6mm thick, and you want ENIG pads. If you have specific questions I'm happy to help.
