DB won't finish building! Hours of auto-rebooting

I left it switched on all night in the hope that it would be done by morning, but it still hasn't. I've got less than 2,000 tracks on the SD card, so surely it shouldn't take this long?

What can I try next, or do I need to just keep waiting it out? Maybe I should wipe the SD card and try again?

2000 tracks shouldn't take that long, no. You can try hard rebooting with holding both volume buttons and toggling the power switch on and off, sometimes it gets stuck looking like it hasn't finished when it actually has. After rebooting you can check if all the music appears, if some tracks are missing you can go to Settings -> Database -> Scan for new tracks to try get it to find them. If the device is constantly rebooting there may be some issue with the database that was created, you may need to delete this off the SD card (`.tangara-db` directory in the root of the SD card, you may need to show hidden files to see it) and rescan.

Let me know if this solves your problem or if I can help you debug this further.
