The snugness of Tangara's metal SD card holder seems to be dependent from SD card to SD card (or the SD card adapter equivalent).
I had tried using a very old Transcend 16GB SD card (which was obtained from a used camera, so i can't tell from roughly what year it was manufactured without more info), in anticipation of physically showing someone else Tangara (but not turning it on); but it couldn't fit at all into Tangara's SD card holder.
However, I used a 128GB microSD card from Micro Center (bought around 2022-2023) with the OEM SD card adapter (I think), and this seemed to fit perfectly fine in the card holder.
I would advise Tangara users to have multiple SD cards or adapters ready, in order to find a good fit with the Tangara SD card holder.
