Just received my replacement faceplate today! I was able to install it. It took me a second to realize I was supposed to lift the little black tab on the plate to release the ribbon connector, but I got it. Install was successful, the device works!

I also downloaded the companion app and updated to the latest firmware.

Everything is looking great! I'm excited to start using this thing!
