sd card cover too tight?
#1
finally getting around to setting up my tangara. only hiccup is that the SD card cover is a bit off center with a card installed, such that it rubs against the front faceplate and gets stuck “in” instead of being able to click in and out nicely.

did i mess up the orientation or something? this is easy to fix with a physical modification of course but want to make sure i haven’t done anything wrong before i take a file to the thing.

I didn't think it was possible to insert a card off center? The tolerances on my SD card holder are tight enough that I can't misalign it. Are you able to post a photo?

I had a similar problem (and had to disassemble my Tangara to remove the card) but it was mostly solved by installing the card cover onto the SD card upside down.  I've seen that trick recommended a few times now, and it seems to help most people that have tried it.

ah, not the SD card itself but the cover that the SD card snaps into
