Hello. I just attempted to udpate my firmware using the Tangara Companion (v0.4.3-macos-x86_64 - not the latest version, because there doesn't appear to be a mac ox version of it currently?) and the Companion told me it had failed, which I unfortunately didn't take a screenshot of. I tried unplugging it to have a look and the off/on slider now does nothing, not illuminating the backlight or vibrating when in the up position. I had only just charged it so it can't be out of power. The SD card still reads fine when plugged in via adapter. How can I fix this?

This sounds like it might be the same issue as this thread: https://forum.cooltech.zone/showthread.php?tid=215. Manually flashing again should hopefully resolve it in this case as well.

We are working on getting the newest release of companion built for Mac OS, but it's taking a little longer due to Apple being annoyingly different when it comes to packaging and distributing apps.
