I've been getting to grips with the controls today. Love the long presses to scroll faster up or down but I have ~13k tracks and getting to specific artists by scrolling is a little time consuming sometimes...! Would it be possible to modify the firmware so a long press skips to the next letter of the alphabet? And how would I go about doing this? (I'm a baby coder, I can wrangle html/css and very basic Python and thats about it )

Aha, I hadn't seen this - I don't particulary want to make a Codeberg acc just to add a comment here, but glad to see its being looked at. I'll keep an eye on it!

i have a bit more than a thousand artists in my collection and scrolling through them is definitely the biggest problem i have with the ux. i think my ideal fast scroll would be long press on the wheel bringing up a little alphabet pop-up and then you scroll through that to whatever letter
