Is it normal for a campaign backer to still not have their Tangara? My original predicted ship date of September 2024 has been pushed back constantly and now sits at mid-June 2025.

Of the original campaign backers, there are still 3 units that haven't been sent out yet. We don't exactly know the reason for this, once the units are with the distributor we don't get a lot of insight. We've been told issues with the address details or needing to manually update shipping addresses stalled shipping for some orders, and in that time, post-campaign orders were fulfilled instead.  Sorry you are one of those 3! Unfortunately there's nothing we can do for you here, but we are sending out another lot to them very soon so hopefully yours gets sent out when they have the new stock, otherwise, we're nearly completely caught up with the backlog, so if it's not in the next lot, it will definitely be in the one after that. I'm genuinely really sorry for this, I really appreciate the campaign backers who helped us launch this project, and it's not fair you've had to wait so long.
