Super cool use case, hope it works well for you! Setting the volume limit to line-level and volume 100% should work well here as a start. You'll want to confirm that your recorder can handle such a big signal without clipping, but if it can then you should be able to get a signal out of Tangara that's more than good enough for cassette recording.
