It is frustrating, yes, we can only apologise for all the shifting dates. We're following up with Crowd Supply folks atm to see if they have any more insight into what's actually going on with these batch 1 units. At this point Mouser have had the full batch 1 shipment in their warehouse for getting close to 2 months. We really did not expect our distributor to be the bottleneck here :\

After logging a query with Crowd Supply they have come back with the following which implies my batch 1 unit has not even been sent to the warehouse yet???

"Thanks so much for reaching out! We’re currently waiting on the next batch of Tangara to ship to our warehouse for the remaining backer orders to ship. Once the rest of the Tangara units arrive, yours and hundreds of other orders will be shipped out!
Please let us know if you’d prefer us to cancel your order any time instead of waiting."

Okay, we've now heard back from Crowd Supply folks and it sounds like there was some sort of issue with their coordination with Mouser than led to 62 post-campaign preorders being fulfilled before all the campaign orders were fulfilled. Most likely your order was one of the campaign orders that got bumped. We're working on a new campaign update this week that'll go into more detail.

Sorry about all this! We'll be getting started on batch 2 assembly ASAP, so hopefully you won't be waiting too much longer.
